“There should be more company paid benefits because they don't offer yearly salary increaeses, bonuses, or a higher salary wage. ”
“a great pension plan for the state”
“Can take sick leave for yourself or family members”
Great State Health Plan Benefits. Gets costly once you are using the family plan, i.e. employee & child, employee & spouse, etc. Employee only extremely affordable.
The medical benefits are not cheap
Health benefits should include more company paid advantages, being that we don't get raises and increases on a consistent basis.
CMS offered fairly decent benefits in comparison to other companies.
The health benefits are subpar. For a district whose employees are mostly women, they offer horrible parental leave options, all unpaid unless you use your personal time.
Get paid sick leave. Also, have offered comprehensive benefits for all of our employees and their families including State Health Plans, Dental Plans and Vision Plans.
Comprehensive, well matched, many employee discounts, no waiting period and reasonable
has many options in which to choose
The worst thing is if you’re used to the old benefits these have really gone downhill. The vision plan doesn’t cover my glasses anymore, the 8020 plan doesn’t have as much coverage and I’m just paying a lot more out-of-pocket
High deductibles and excluded coverage for all transgender care .
