The cost of my monthly premium is fair and the coverage is great. Enrollment is easy! A benefits counselor takes you through everything in 15 minutes. Cons- costs with a spouse or kids is high.

CMS does a good job at offering pretty much any kind of benefit you could want. They do not offer 401k assistance openly. It was very difficult to get in contact with anyone to help me set one up.
State health insurance plan has a lot of out of pocket expenses. Accident insurance is optional and self-funded.
