“You can choose any type of health coverage you need. They give you all of the options from HMO, PPO or Kaiser. There is something for everyone. ”
Fully paid benefits premiums for employees for top-notch insurance, 95% paid-for benefits for dependents, catered lunches (pre-COVID), $200 commute benefit (for public transit, Uber pool/Lyft line, or parking), remote work reimbursements, events (virtual for now), 401(k), paid maternity leave, unlimited vacation, and learning and development budget.
Unlimited PTO, fully covered health plans
Great benefits all around. CB is very generous with the benefits they offer. The health and dental options are standard and give you the flexibility to choose whatever is best for your personal needs. They offer plenty of snacks, drinks and food as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they don't offer any type of 401k matching.
Chartboost has some good benefits. The only disappointment was that their 401k is with Vanguard, and company doesn't do match.
Commute benefits, unlimited PTO No 401k match
There are free lunches on most days, unlimited snacks, and lots of celebrations (in the form of happy hour, free juices in the morning, boba, and champagne!). The health benefits are also phenomenal, especially for a company of this size. There are discounts for various gyms around the office. The only downside is that there is no 401k matching.
The best thing is that there is unlimited PTO for max 30 days per year. The worst thing is that there is no 401k matching.
If there was 401K match program then it would be 5 star
Benefits include unlimited PTO, lunch most weekdays. The maternity and paternity leave could be improved.
Free snacks and daily lunch, Gym discount, Monthly Lyft credit
