CSUSA has pretty good insurance - they offered a variety of plans to meet the needs of many different people with different situations. I would totally recommend this company for tthis
The benefits are much more costly than working in a district public school.
Lots of options, good medical insurance
There are no benefits for part time employees
The best thing about the benefits package is that there is a low premium. The company also matches 401k contributions.
There is no benefit with this position.
It's decent. Expensive for families.
The benefits are great but very expensive
Insurance is expensive for such a large company and benefits are not good.
HORRIBLE!!! The cost for medical is too high and the high deductible insurance is a killer. Teachers are only offered 84 PTO hours that accumulate over the whole school year, so 8 hours is not even usable when we are in session. This is not comparable to what other schools offer in our area.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
