Offered a lot of Pto not able to use it unless scheduled months in advance

Vacations need tone put in usually a week or so in advance depending on call volume, but overall you get more than enough time.
Really good PTO for part time workers as well. Not just vacation, but sick days and personal days off as well. So you can really take some time off if really needed.
Four weeks vacation and three personal days as soon as you start plus two weeks of sick time. Increases by one week every five years of service up to eight weeks.
No such thing I can share here.
