The price tag. The company has a discount for non-smokers but most of the employees are not honest so it only benefits the liars in the company and not anyone who is following the policy.
Every year the coverages go down while costs go up. A few different combinations to choose from.
Not bad, not great. Easy enrollment, not terribly expensive. Middle of the road benefits package. My 401K didn't roll over to my new employer, but oh well.
Worst: 1. Not a great match on 401K 2. No maternity leave for new moms. You have to buy into Short Term Disability (and only get 60% of salary) while you're out. 3. Health insurance is more costly than other places I've worked. Best: 1. Free snacks and drinks in the kitchen 2. Nice office space 3. MacBook is standard issue
This company has everything. The only thing you don't have is stock options. Everything from matched 401K to health and disability is there.
Excellent benefit package available for full time employees
Maternity & Paternity Leave - They do not pay you for this. You must make sure that you save enough VIP to cover your time off - Health Insurance is so expensive if you have a full family. - Dont ride the bus because they do not care about that.
Travel perks are nearly impossible to use.
travel benefits are awesome, free FAM trip every year! The medical benefits could be better.
Under the new management we have access to much more affordable travel benefits. However, part time employees lost paid time off and other benefits, so that is disappointing.
