They did not offer 401k. You occur vacation time, sick time and personal time but can never use it be Cause you have no one to cover your spot.
401 matching is pretty good, if you max out they will match you 5%. Vacation for the managers is good with basically 2 weeks off if you count days off. Sick time is really good too. For the csr’s it’s like less than half of management.

time off is nearly impossible to use. if you do use it get ready for a headache when you return. they boast bonuses and say they don't pay well in order to motivate you to get the bonus money. most stores aren't getting much if any of a bonus.
