Very good benefits package to choose from. The best thing about working for darden.
Absolutely nothing, they don’t care about their employess
half off discounts when on the clock
I did not get any benefits whatsoever. The last year I worked there I was then told that there were paid sick day which would have been very useful to me. Cheddars doesn't care to give their employees sick days.
The worst thing about the benefit package at Cheddars is that you do not get any paid time off, insurance is also not provided to my knowledge. The best thing is the flexability with the job and the ability to trade your shifts if desired. It is also super nice to get discounts on meals. Since they are already cheap to begin with, the discount was awesome.
Dental and vision packages are good and decent priced.50% off meals during shift. 25% at any Darden restaurant outside shift.
They offers health and dental. Offers 401k also have different discounts at various places
401K, workers compensation. And so much more, Darden bought out the company and they carry a lot of great benefits that are available to all employees working in any of their restaurant chains
Insurance mediocre, benefits package improved after being acquired by darden
There are no true benefits for the average employee besides food discounts. You work for tips and that’s it. Benefits are only offered if you’re beyond full time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
