1:1 401k match. Stock options. The unlimited PTO, however, is not great. The peer pressure made everyone not willing to take it. And you need to have good relation with manager to get his/her approval.
Our benefits are crazy good. We have everything from long, paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, and free lunches to a student debt repayment program called Equity For Education. They will pay your entire student debt over the course of your career there. $5k a year for lower level employees and $3k a year for upper management.

Very generous pay. Sometimes during season they even have lessons that pay double the normal ones so it is a great way to make extra money. They also have flexible scheduling so you're able to work when you want and not work when you don't want.
Chegg does not offer its tutors any benefits. The only thing that tutors receive is their salary based on the number of hours they have tutored each week.
A lot of medical options, dental seems good. Can work remote when needed. Fully stocked kitchen, can easily request tools if not provided. Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment is clutch. 401k match
