Company pays more than 80-85% of health/dental/vision benefits per month. The employee contribution is very minimal compared to other organizations I've worked for, where the employer only pays 50-60%. ESOP is great, only if you understand it. Most of the comments below clearly don't understand how the ESOP works. They also give all employees $80 a month for transportation. Dental could be better, in my opinion.
The company doesn't have matching policy for 4O1K plan. The ESOP benefit is not a good option at all.

ESOP is great but they should match your 401(K) contributions until you become fully vested
