    As an employee-owned company, we have a much greater insight into company profits but it does make understanding your retirement accounts a bit trickier.

    ESOP program was the biggest heist from management. Not really a benefit unless you stay for four years, and then to withdraw it is painful. Can only with withdraw 25% of total amount per year

    Chemonics pays more than 80-85% of health/dental/vision benefits per month. The employee contribution is very minimal compared to other organizations, where the employer only pays 50-60%. They also give all employees $80 a month for transportation.

    good coverage and deductible. helpful website and representatives. Good vision if you add it to your package. no tuition reimbursement which would be helpful; good 401k and ESOP

    Their benefits are the best I have ever seen. Truly the top of the line. Health insurance for a family was something like $50 (health/dental/prescription).

    Company pays more than 80-85% of health/dental/vision benefits per month. Most of the comments below clearly don't understand how the ESOP works. They also give all employees $80 a month for transportation. Dental could be better, in my opinion.
