Many benefits are offered but they are very expensive. The health insurance is the worst I've had at any organization, with the highest deductible and co-pay. A lot of people work from home, but only a few people do it on a regular basis.

As an employee-owned company, we have a much greater insight into company profits but it does make understanding your retirement accounts a bit trickier.

ESOP program was the biggest heist from management. Not really a benefit unless you stay for four years, and then to withdraw it is painful. Can only with withdraw 25% of total amount per year
