“no problems so far with united health care. the premiums are affordable too”
“2 weeks off in the first year (probably the first few years). don't accrue vacation time until after 6 months. The sick time is accrued starting on the first day. 8-9 company holidays (which is fewer than the standard 10 I've seen at other companies)”
Really good benefits. Affordable and comprehensive
The 401K matching was good
401K match at 6% is really great
Outstanding benefits package...one of the best in the industry
worst thing is the Management
The bonus is supposed to be 10% with 200% stretch. Haven't been here for a year, so I'm not sure if they'll follow through, but looking forward to the annual bonus. There are free snacks and drinks such as fresh produce, granola bars, soda, lemonade, tea, coffee. The 401k match is 100% up to 6% which is outstanding. I've had no problems with my health insurance either. Through United Health Care.
It was an okay package. Nothing great.
Coverage starts day 1 and cost to employees are low.
Benefits are above average, when compared to other local companies.
Best- 401K match. Worse no sick or personal time. This year health insurance is much improved.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
