2 weeks off in the first year (probably the first few years). don't accrue vacation time until after 6 months. The sick time is accrued starting on the first day. 8-9 company holidays (which is fewer than the standard 10 I've seen at other companies)
This is the worst part of benefits. You only get 2 weeks off
We get 10 days a year total for any reason. So bad weather and can not get to work one day gone. Office mates make you sick because everyone comes to work sick-3 days off in the past year. Plan time off for work-related travel-get it wrong and you take benefit time to make it up. Come to work 1 min late-have to use 15 mins of PTO, if I would have known this I would have waited the extra 14 mins instead of rushing and taking less lunchtime. I have only been late once though so I guess for me it worked. Others are late all the time and it seems to be okay for them. Some time is better than no time though.
You get more the longer you work almost a day every paycheck.
Great PTO especially after 5 years.
It makes me feel appreciated for my hard work
