401k is not competitive. Health insurance is extremely expensive, covers very little and the deductibles and OOPM are scary. Maternity leave is now competitive with market. CPA bonus only if you pass in first year of employment. Claim to have flexible summer hours but you are still required to work 40 billable hours in order to use. PTO is good for industry. Holidays are great. Dental insurance is very bad.

Work schedule is very flexibility, but bonuses are very rigid in application.

Great PTO policy especially for new associates. The health insurance is extremely expensive. There are three options available but the deductibles are high on all of them. With the company continuously expanding, hopefully they will be able to shop for better health insurance options in the future. The 401k match is not great but it appears CBH is trying to improve in this area.

health insurance could be much better, benefits are relatively decent with the 401k match there, just wish it was more.

The best thing was ample vacation (PTO) available (if you can find the time to use it!). The worst thing was the 401(k) match at approximately 1.5%, which was not at all competitive with other public firms.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We do offer a generous benefits package for our employees in order to compete with other industry leaders. For example, our Seniors can take advantage of 22 days of PTO annually along with 9 additional firm holidays. I’m sorry to hear you felt that the 401(k) match was lacking. Due to input like yours, the Firm began making changes several years ago to the 401(k) match, increasing it to 33% of the first 6% of income that you save in your 401(k) for FY17 and 41.6% of the first 6% of income that you save for FY18. The Firm has committed to further increasing the Firm provided match to 50% on the first 6% of salary contributed in FY19. We will continue to take our associates’ suggestions into consideration as our team evaluates the benefits package.
