    Great PTO policy especially for new associates. The health insurance is extremely expensive. There are three options available but the deductibles are high on all of them. With the company continuously expanding, hopefully they will be able to shop for better health insurance options in the future. The 401k match is not great but it appears CBH is trying to improve in this area.

    The best thing was ample vacation (PTO) available (if you can find the time to use it!). The worst thing was the 401(k) match at approximately 1.5%, which was not at all competitive with other public firms.

    They don't match your 401K, they raise your 401K annually to 6% unless you proactively ask them not to. Their retirement package is almost none existent and you loose the sick time that you don't use above 40 hours on Dec 31st of every year, despite the firm giving you a hard time about taking time off.
