A good benefits package - with voluntary benefit offerings that are nice. Flexible PTO is great. 401k match is immediate and decent.
Unlimited PTO, health insurance, prepaid legal insurance, matching 401k
Solid benefit package. Medical, Dental, Eye, matching 401k, unlimited pto. All from day 1 with the company. HR department is easily accessible.
The best benefits are PTO and work from home.

401k match is good for me
We have a fairly decent benefits package. Two places I’d love to see improvement are the current medical plan, while it’s acceptable the insurance themselves suck and it’s extremely difficult to get anything taken care of with them. Also, I’d love to see tuition assistance.
We just started offering unlimited PTO for U.S. employees which I think will be really great.
Pro - After 1 year, 4% company match, fully vested from the start. Love it. Con - No bonus or incentive plan, de-moralizing.
