When i worked at CHK, the plan would match up to 15% of your salary. The match vested 25% per year.
Health savings plan is good. Plans are fairly cheap and includes dental and vision.

Cheap (<$25 month) for single or those with no dependents.
Rates were very competitive. Coverage could be a little spotty, however. $25 per paycheck for tobacco users.
