Great 401k Match Tuition reimbursement. Generous Vacation
Best - good health insurance. Bad - no maternity leave. Only std.
Perks company match of up to 15 percent on 401k. Downside on all stock and 401k matches must be with the company for five years before it is vested. I was only four months shy of my five years when they laid me off, therefore I didn't receive my vested stocks or 401k.
The best thing is that the 401k was 100% of 15% of salary, insurance was very comprehensive, and free life and disability insurance. 10 holidays off, etc.
It is a very comprehensive package.
401k Match up to 15%, 70k+ square foot fitness center with reasonable fees or gym membership reimbursement, generous bonuses with pre-defined targets that can be 400% of your target (e.g. target 15% bonus could be 60% if all metrics are exceeded), onsite medical and dental office with rotating specialists (e.g. dermatologist), onsite childcare, $10k per year adoption assistance, and master's tuition reimbursement up to IRS limit.
Best combination of benefits I have had the privilege to access. Worst thing is the state of commodity prices which will force some hard decisions and layoffs. Generally, a great place to work. A retirement plan and benefits would have been nicer but the compensation plans have been top shelf.
I was a contractor. I didn't receive any benefits or any outlook of being hired permanently. I felt disposable. Coworkers were nice though.
The unvested stock was not vested as part of the severance package.
Time off, pay, and benefits are the best I have experienced
