Great benefits! PTO plan was the most generous of a any employer. The health benefits were great and they were always reevaluating to make sure employees had the latest and greatest.
The benefits package was great
15% match on 401K is hard to beat. Insurance was priced well. PTO was based on experience, so those over 40 had 5 weeks +, which was also great. Downside is longer term employees were matched in stock on 401k, which right now has caused a major hit to my retirement account.
