The benefits package at Chesapeake is outstanding! Their 401k match is incredible! The Health insurance options are very competitive and they pay for the employee cost, leaving only the family cost to the employee. The PTO policy is based on years of service in the industry and not years of service at the company which makes for a very attractive PTO package! Their is also an onsite daycare facility which is top notch and a fully equipped gym on site as well as 3 restaurants that serve breakfast and lunch daily. Incredible benefits package!
Have a great 401k match, probably the best in the industry. It even vests pretty quick.

Beautiful fitness center on campus 4 restaurants on campus (food is decent, nothing spectacular) Company will 100% match your 401k contribution up to 15% PTO based on age. At 36, I received over 5 weeks per year.
The up to 15% 401k matching is far and away the best aspect of the benefit package offered by Chesapeake. However, the vacation and paid time off are also relatively generous.
