Vacation - a joke. After 1 year - 1 week, 3 years - 2 weeks, TEN years - 3 weeks. But the principal complains when you take time off. Paid days off - New years day, memorial day, independence day, labor day, thanksgiving, (the day after thanksgiving you are forced to be off but not paid), Christmas New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve are early dismissal, but no additional compensation. Your hours are also cut if the attendance is low at any point in time throughout the year, but especially during these weeks.
