No sick days. Health insurance was basic, no extra incentives.
Best: Health Insurance Worst: - Not enough vacation - Not Enough Sick days - NO PTO (Your PTO you have to make up within the same week as long as it does not exceed 4 hours total. If it exceeds 4 hours you don't get paid and you can't make it up.)
Terrible benefits for a company that claims to be huge. More like what you get working for a really small company, the bare minimum.
Worst Benefits. No sick days without a doctor's note. Health Insurance is overpriced. 401k is a joke because no one stays long enough to accumulate anything. Chetu benefits are pure garbage. I mean HR is in India and you get paid once a month
The best thing about the benefits is that your health care is covered 100% if you do choose that plan but the network is very small and copays can be expensive. But being able to avoid a premium coming out of your pay is great

They pay the premiums for your coverage for medical. 401k is given after 6 months of employment. Overall benefits are so-so and could be a lot better.
The benefits are good overall, good insurance, dental, etc. The commissions are also pretty good but when you add to existing business it doesn't count towards your sales quotas.
