Unlimited time off and flexible schedules
Flexible time that's pretty much it.
Their was not much of benefits working for this company. I think the best benifit was deciding when you work and still you would need to work 42.5 hours to get the $600 base pay that they promote.
The worst thing about this company is that there are no special benefits. No motivation to work in such an environment.
After 90 days of employment
There was not a benefits package that was offered through the employer
They offer benefit reimbursement which I liked because I didn't have to switch my plan especially for my kids. Finding new doctors is annoying a tough.
Like most companies they don't start until 90 days after start date but once they did I found the coverage to be beneficial.
Really did not offer benefits. Was never explained to me in depth about what they offer as in terms of benefits just said that they offer a "package" for their employees.
Its a start up company so there is little to no benefits
