“It covers everything with opportunities to adjust coverage as needed.”
“Two different tiers depending on when you started”
“Holiday time off, vacation time for year round staff”
Health, EAP benefits, Dental & Vision
It's a decent job to get your foot in the door with working for CPS
Offers all the benefits you can expect to get from this organization. Pension, health insurance, life insurance and savings plans. You get a raise every year. Probably the only downside depending on how much you value your time- is that you’re not guaranteed a job in the summer. You have to apply for work and it is not paid full time for summer school.
Great health benefits overall compared to others.
they have a good benefits package
Great Government and Union Benefits
They have some great benefits. They worked around my schedule.
Great all around benefits for educators
It’s better than most insurance, but not better than County insurance. They offer HMO, PPO, Both with and without FSA and HSA. The vision insurance sucks, but one perk is being able to get a free pair of glasses per year from Target.
Variety of great health care plans including a employer HSA contribution
