The benefits are very cost effective. Most is covered by the company. It also includes the company paying into the HSA
Less PTO than I had at previous job, but more than some other places offer, I guess. And a slow process to earn more. $0 premium on high deductible hsa health plan (lowest 'high deductible plan' deductible I've seen though), vision, and dental. Decent 401k, but they do the employee match once a year instead of each paycheck. Emergency childcare available. Generous gym membership reimbursement. Daily lunch allowance. Breakfast food every day. Snacks, coffee, drinks. Lots of employee outings.
401k match...blue cross blue shield...PTO...free breakfast and lunch...snacks and drinks all day...
The health insurance is phenomenal. Generous maternity leave and fitness center allowance. The company covers meals, snacks, and provides in-house gourmet coffee options.
The breadth: it really encompasses every possible benefit you could think of.
Solid benefits, offers anything your typical company offers and more. One of my favorites being the free food. Very generous PTO system, starting out with three weeks
The 401k match and profit sharing benifit is very good. The HSA blue cross blue shield insurance is a nice plan.
Health insurance and 401k matching are top notch. Great food - so much so that there is a phenomenon known as the "CTC 15" after you join.
Time off is great. They give you a bunch and you are expected to take them. Free lunch, snacks, etc doesn't hurt either.
Good insurance, 401k match. Generous time off once you've been there for a few years.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
