You also pay for retiree healthcare plan about $50 to $100 per check depending on your salary, You get a lot of time-off if you negotiate it on the way in. For non-union employees it is all politics and who you are friends with.
co-pays are a little high in my opinion.
Pretty expensive and as part timers we pay into a retirement fund for the full time retirees. This is not right.
Used to be really great, now it is just good but all things considered it is unbeatable given today's world.
Worst thing is they got rid of previous company as well as the HMO plan and our only option is PPO with much higher deductibles, much higher premiums and an insurance company that is frustrating to work with.
health care is great only need to pay 100 to the ER and anything else the insurance covers 90%
Compared to other things I have heard it is a decent value but it is declining. We now have higher deductible and a co-insurance pay
It was relatively inexpensive for the HMO.
