If the store is doing well with food cost and not wasting, employees get free food. If the store is struggling, they get a 50% discount on food.
You do get 50% off your meals when you are working. At times the owner will have goals for us as a team to meet and there is some kind of incentive that we are rewarded with.
The discount on food for employees is definitely a plus because the food is so tasty
If you work four hours or more, you can get a free meal worth up to $5.75. Drinks are free while working as long as you have your Chick-fil-A cup. You get a 15% discount when you purchase food outside of working your four hour shift.
Depending on whom you got to ring you up, you could get a small, unnoticeable little extra with your order. (My favorite supervisor would occasionally promo off a cookie for a hard-working employee with their meal). Don't expect management to be flexible with the discount, though. NO DESSERTS. If you're caught abusing the discount in any way, they'll fire you.
They give you 50% off
Drinks for free and 6$ off on your meal
Free food after working 5 hours. Entree and Side only
Almost 1/2 off food, but only when you're working.
My employer offers 50% on and off the clock for team Members, and 75% on the clock for Team Leaders
