It was a very easy process that included videos showing the history of the company and its values. After the video training, there was in-person training on how to do the basic job functions.
The training is very hands on and this is an effective way for understanding how this business works
Benefits are ok, definitely deserve more based on how busy they are.
Being a trainer isn't taken seriously. There may be 3 different trainers working and they'll put a trainee with a random team member.
The benefits are pretty good for part time and better for full time employees. Employee meal benefits vary by store but are generally pretty generous. The match for 401K is a nice benefit for part time work.
Training is quick. The videos may be a little boring. Normally you would be placed with an experienced worked and you shadow them.
They train you very well
Job training was very hands on and informative. I was a trainer at one point and the process of training and developing is thrilling and fulfilling.
I was tough very well and shown the ropes for almost two weeks. They do a great job making sure that you are prepared for the job.
They train you on basic things and then others they don't even touch. Months later I am talked to about how I don't know how to do certain things, when I was never trained for them.
