StarStarStarStarStar Former Manager in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

It was a very easy process that included videos showing the history of the company and its values. After the video training, there was in-person training on how to do the basic job functions.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Certified Trainer in Hickory, North Carolina

Being a trainer isn't taken seriously. There may be 3 different trainers working and they'll put a trainee with a random team member.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Front of House in Saint Louis, Missouri

The benefits are pretty good for part time and better for full time employees. Employee meal benefits vary by store but are generally pretty generous. The match for 401K is a nice benefit for part time work.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Cashier At Chick-fil-a in Knoxville, Tennessee

Training is quick. The videos may be a little boring. Normally you would be placed with an experienced worked and you shadow them.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Backroom Team Member in Athens, Georgia

I was tough very well and shown the ropes for almost two weeks. They do a great job making sure that you are prepared for the job.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Collierville, Tennessee

They train you on basic things and then others they don't even touch. Months later I am talked to about how I don't know how to do certain things, when I was never trained for them.
