The company has a pretty good benefits package - as good as companies I've worked at before or close. I wish they paid more for tuition assistance and had an FSA plan, but I still like their offerings.
The Health and Dental Insurance was affordable. They offer 401k. They do fun incentives for the hourly employees. Holiday lunches and lunches for meeting quotas.
The company reviews our program regularly to ensure a competitive offering while managing cost to employees. Willing to consider new ideas.
We have all the normal benefits, Health Care, 401K... but they did not skimp on the Sick Time. Other companies went down to three days this year but we have 80 hours. Another cool benefit is VTO, we work with Boys and Girls Club San Diego and when volunteering you can use your Volunteer Time Off. Lastly, the building has a gym in it and we often workout at lunch.
The fact that the company offered absolutely no benefits whatsoever. Made offers then were not able to follow through with providing what they offered.
