The best part of the benefit package is the company match to contributions to the 403b plan
Outstanding benefits: paid time off and various insurance options
Childfund has the best benefits known from personal experience. I've worked at childfund for 1 year and 8 months full time. 4 weeks vac, 2 weeks "get well time" 8 hours volunteer and off every Friday at 12 noon. Best yet.
Great vacation package from day 1 of employment - 4 weeks, 2 weeks sick and 1 volunteer day per year which says a lot about how they encourage people to do what inspires them and helps causes important to them. Health insurance is fine, not bad but not the best. HR team really tries hard.
The best part of tbe benefit package is the 403b plan. It offers a company match up to 6%of your pay. They also offer both sick time and paid time off based on years of service.
Good benefits including four weeks of vacation.
I loved helping children in poverty counties get some help with basic needs.
Summer hours all year, good vacation time Salary and insurance are pretty bad
CHildFund has a great HR Team that really shops around annually to ensure that employees get the best packages each year during open enrollment time
The health and dental benefits are above average. The retirement saving matching is good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
