Huge deductible, high copays, they don't even pay that much of the premium. Better off with obamacare, or on your parent's plan as long as possible.
It is expensive! Especially relative to teh hourly wages that teachers are making. Teaching is a very challenging job in many ways and it would be beneficial to everyone for CCLC to have a higher degree of support for overall health - including things like alternative and preventative healthcare options.
