I can only give an opinion on the medical benefits. They we're mediocre. Nothing great or terrible to say. I can say that I went to Palo Alto Medical Foundation with the insurance I had & the Dr I saw was horrible. I'm still dealing with the aftermath of his care.
I don't know. I had only 30 days to sign up or else it was waived. I wasn't made aware of this and went without insurance until I quit because I wasn't informed of the 30 day window.
The health insurance is much worse than what you can get on the healthcare exchange, and getting a public plan will probably be cheaper too.
Health insurance: you can pick your own plans. good to have PPO so that you can go to any doctor you choose.
It was nice to have a discounted health insurance option. Also, for employees you got some discount but the monthly amount charged by CCLC would not allow an employee to be able to pay for it based on the salary.
Expensive healthcare. They do offer education reimbursement that is specific to child development but they can ask you to repay it if you don't stay employed with them for at least a year after completing school.
