I enjoyed working at Children's and the benefits were good.
Terrible health insurance for the price you pay. Very expensive and bad coverage. PTO is accrued and no holidays. I am paying double for Cigna for the same coverage I had at my previous job and insurance through BCBS.
Great benefits and paid time off! Overall I wish insurance was less expensive, but still great options.
Best - 403(b) with matching up to 8% and tuition reimbursement after 6 month of hire. Worst- Health insurance is not that great
Easy to understand, plenty of providers to choose from.
Benefits package is among the best considering today's standards. Options are available for great medical plans at low cost for employees, however, penalizes for spousal coverage if used in place to lower standard of medical insurance offered at spouse's company. Dental and Eye plans are consistent with industry standards for top plans. Great PTO and 401K plans.
PTO plan is very generous and health insurance has improved.
The longer you are employed by Children's Health the better the benefit package becomes. Generous PTO. Insurance costs for employee are very good.
The best thing is the PTO the you accumulate biweekly when you are paid and that it is easy to get time off if needed. The worst is that their is only PTO and whether you take vacation, or are sick, or it is a holiday it all comes out of the same PTO bank (but that is normal with hospitals).
Cigna health insurance is not good. Doesn't cover a lot of things and hard to find doctors.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
