The CEO of Legacy Healthcare Inc (nonprofit), Jeff Ryan, makes over $300K per year. The company as a whole had a net profit of $27 million in FY 2020. Which was the most recent data available. Yet they cut the pay of PTAs, COTAs and PRN clinicians by 2.5%. Making my job as a PT a lot harder! Instead of giving assistants a fair wage they cut their pay. Instead of focusing on their current employees they are focused on taking on more clients and focusing on taking over other companies.
