    PTO seems okay at almost 1 day per 2-week pay cycle, but then you realize you have to use your PTO for holidays like Christmas, New Years, and Fourth of July as well as sick days and you realize they aren't offering much. This is to be expected for hospital workers, but as an office worker who is forced to take PTO on holidays even if I want to work, I feel like I don't have adequate PTO.

    PTO and sick time is lumped into one account as well as holidays. But the accrual is good with about one day per bi-weekly pay period.

    If you work as an inpatient provider, you will have a lot of PTO accrual. This seems to be a very generous accrual.

    Everything comes out of 1 pool. This is not the best way since sick time is viewed the same as vacation time.

    Paid time off is not bad. I have been with Children's for a very long time so I max out my PTO regularly.
