Keep up with industry standard
Sibley does not offer fathers the same leave as they do for mothers.
There is no paternity leave offered; dads have to use their time off. Mothers also have to use to consume their time off completely before the maternity leave kicks in.
Actual paid leave is short (4-6 weeks) - then you have to use PTO for remainder of FMLA-allowed leave, or take it unpaid.
It seemed like the standard 6 weeks off with pay, with an additional 6 weeks off without pay if you wanted (or could afford it).
Worst: have to figure out the process yourself can take some investigation but once I figured it out wasn't too bad.
