Health insurance is decent but could be better seeing that this is our line of work. Amazing PTO offerings but often difficult to use PTO with the staffing concerns. We really need fully paid maternity leave - all 12 weeks or at least the 6 weeks that aren't covered by disability. We take care of other people's kids for a living, please enable us to take care of our own.

Paid time off is a little light in the first year, but quickly increases after that. Unfortunately, there are no dedicated sick days and holidays come out of your PTO bank. There is a Max PTO limit you carry, but your total carries over each year. So, I'd say it's so-so overall.

Children's offers a few health coverage programs, even through Kaiser. Only single programs for dental and vision are optional. Retirement is steady and equivalent to most other retirement packages I have seen in the market that are employer matched.
