The benefits here are outrageous. If you choose the appropriate health plan, your kids get FREE care at any CHOP primary care practice and hospital. It's actually outrageous! The PTO earning formula is extremely generous and allows you to stockpile days and sell them back during open enrollment. Work form home opportunities are available as well. I can't say enough good things about the benefits here.
