Vacation and sick leave are pooled in 1 PTO “pot” and can be carried over year to year.
5 weeks for the first 4 years then 6 weeks paid time off. Additionally 12 weeks for maternity leave.
vacation allowance increases after 5 years employment. all PPL is used for sick days, emergencies and vacation
Years 1 to 5 you get five weeks vacation, and six week after five years. You are allowed to sell beck vacation time that you have accrued each year.
I think the lump of vacation days is deceiving as people start realizing they have to take their own PPO time for any sick or maternal/paternal or any reason. Other companies give you at least a few sick days a year but it’s all together.
Paid Time Off is very generous a full five weeks provided starting in the first year. Six weeks Paid Time Off after 5 years.
5 weeks combined sick and pto
No complaints...I get 6 weeks
Excellent starting paid time off - 5 weeks, then 6 weeks once you have been employed for five years. Ability to carry over and cash out is great, too
Benefits are great. Working 40 hours a week, you get 25 vacation days . By 5+ years, you get 30 days. Holidays (7) off.
