    I think the lump of vacation days is deceiving as people start realizing they have to take their own PPO time for any sick or maternal/paternal or any reason. Other companies give you at least a few sick days a year but it’s all together.

    Paid Time Off is very generous a full five weeks provided starting in the first year. Six weeks Paid Time Off after 5 years.

    Excellent starting paid time off - 5 weeks, then 6 weeks once you have been employed for five years. Ability to carry over and cash out is great, too

    Benefits are great. Working 40 hours a week, you get 25 vacation days . By 5+ years, you get 30 days. Holidays (7) off.
