Children's is very good about making you aware of what is available.
Very good health insurance that encourages wellness in addition to competitive pricing of prescription drugs
Overall, really nice benefits package. Good time off policy and accrual, good healthcare and pay seems to be above similar employers (partly because their management can't keep competent technical employees. I said yes under 401 plan, but it is a 403-K (non-profit equivalent).
Great vacation time. It added up very quick and they were very flexible when I requested to take time off. Great 401k match as well.
Best thing: 401k-part time employees are allowed to participate
The out of pockets on healthcare are comparable, as is the cost. The Spouse surcharge exceeds what I have had to pay for other employer plans and the maternity and paternity benefits are terrible - especially for a healthcare system.
Great health benefits, I have never had a problem with getting or keeping my providers due to insurance, the cost is reasonable and I rarely receive bills for my health expenses. 401K, PTO benefits increase with time worked. No complaints
You have insurance expensive at clinics and out of pocket now vs co pays
Accrued Personal Paid Leave (PPL) is a plus for those that take few sick days. The carryover is up to 66 days and one can elect to cash in accrued PPL days at any time.
The best is it is offered and they provide employees with money in the HSA every year if they take the medical plan. The worst is the coverage
