The best is the Health insurance plan.
Office allows us to telecommute.
Very friendly work environment
Matching 401K and health insurance is a great price
The health benefits are to expensive
The benefits package at CNHS (formerly CNMC) is really good. You get full health, dental, vision, retirement options. HOWEVER, you need to really make sure that the HR dept turns your retirement option ON if you chose it. I thought it automatically was running and turns out it was never turned on. You do also get a good amount of vacation time depending on the position (e.g. higher paid staff may get more vacation time, sadly). Working from home may be possible depending on your position. there are many many types of jobs at CNHS, so people like surgeons, cleaners, kitchen workers can't work from home, but others like researchers may be able to make some time to do so.
They match 401K plan.
Some of the best coverage in this area. Dental & Vision coverage is better than federal government
Best thing: Benefits are comprehensive and include parental leave to attend school activities with ten days notice. Great Employee Assistance program. Worst thing: Health and dental insurance premiums are pricey with limited options. Leave accrual may be the worst I have seen thus far.
Excellent health and retirement benefits.
