Former Front End Staff in Sandy, Utah

Oh they LOVE when you don't want a lot of hours! But that means no pay for you. They take full advantage of that and it's a literal war to try to get your schedule to work fairly with your needs. They love to hire new staff so they can eliminate old staff that have caught on to the manipulative ways of management. You never really feel like you matter, so embrace that.

They were always more than willing to work with my school schedule. Requests for days off were usually honored, provided they were able to fully staff the restaurant. If you wanted more hours, people were always willing to give up there shifts. No overtime.

Chili's did a very good job accommodating employee requests and scheduling needs.
