Chili's does NOT give full time hourly employees paid vacations. Instead you are given an anniversary bonus of $250 (about $160 after taxes) for years 1-5, $500 (about $330 after taxes) for years 6-9 and $1200 (about $790 after taxes) for 10+ years.
