Best part was having the flexibility working from home office, and basic medical insurance premium for employee was covered

Paid time off was fairly generous, health insurance until now was affordable (it has sky-rocketed this year). Lengthy PTO was available to some , but not to others.

Too expensive, no longer offering an HSA in 2019. Provides "optional" coverages at cost to employees, many of which had previously been covered 100%

Too few holidays and no additional incentives are available (sign ons, bonuses, additional PTOs, etc)

401k match up to 3%, benefits have two different plan options with great coverage

3 weeks Vacation and 6 sick days for new hires. Plus, 8 company paid holidays and 3 floating holidays. This is several days less than other CRO's I have worked at. 401K is 50% of first 6% however you lose contribution if you do not stay 5 years.

The benefits overall are fair. All major ones included. Many employees work remotely.
