Sub par 3rd party virtual training , yet expects exceptional near to perfect results from first time call center agents.
Computer courses along with a trainer in your ear reading what you're already reading or read on your screen can be super annoying and distracting
The training for the position is about 11 days but not really hands on for what you will be doing on the job as far as manuvering through the software system in place. When asking for help once out on the floor, managers know little to no information about the job to help the associate, but you are still accountable for what you don't know or not sure of.
