Very good training for all
training is great, and equips you for success.
You are able to learn a lot with this company from seminars to courses to on the job training they take a lot of time to train their employees.
It's too short. Not only, they expect to much of new trainees. I do not understand why they think that recently trained people are equipped to train new people who need to learn how to do their job.
Job training incredibly basic. Can take months to advance skills.
Very detailed and every explaining even hands on
You are expected to perform perfectly almost immediately. Lots of misinformation coming from different people as well.
There was very minimal job training. Only one day but you only need one day to learn how to become a cashier. It is not rocket science.
You have to sit in the back and watch videos but there's nothing that terrible honestly you're just on a computer learning about the culture
1 day of shadowing a veteran employee, next day thrown straight into it and had to learn key information on my own
