it was very fun and they ask you a lot of things about the kitchen and about the food they are worried about the service in a restaurant and they want to you to feel good,it was very fun and they ask you a lot of things about the kitchen and about the food they are worried about the service in a restaurant and they want to you to feel good

The benefits package, I'm still cleaning my mouth it was so filthy and so good. If I were to say anything else about it I would be in trouble.

Company perks include tuition assistance, discounts on a wide variety of areas (movie tickets, phones, theme parks, mortgages, etc), vacation time, health insurance, etc.

While you are working, you get a free meal which consist of: a burrito bowl, a salad, tacos or a burrito, chips & guac, salsa or queso and a drink (small or large). If you come in on your off day or want to take food home after your shift, you get 50% off the price of your meal. Unfortunately, the drinks that are kept in the cooler, behind the register, are available for purchase at 50% off regardless if you're working of there on your off day. I would also like to clarify, incase anyone is confused, that the free meal must be eaten at work, while on break or after your shift, and CANNOT be taken home under any circumstances. Therefore, if there's still half of a burrito left it must be thrown in the trash.

The paid time off is really nice once you get to apprentice.

the best thing about the package is the insurance is pretty good and not very expensive the bad part is you dont get any sort of benefits until you have worked there for at least a year so hang tight but they will take care of you. also 5280$ a year tuition reimbursement after a year

We received no benefits. You can't work full time unless you are a General Manager (GM), or Apprentice. Therefore, the only benefit is having a job that pays (the amount is not a benefit, unless you're in high school),

They dont offer visual or dental insurance for neither; crew members, kitchen managers, service managers, nor cashiers. It's just for apprentices. They also dont give a proper trainer for new employees. You have your free employee meal only if you eat it in the store.
