They have to follow FMLA law - so it's not like they are giving out anything special
We had a girl who wen ton maternity leave for several month, and a guy who needed a month, and both were granted. Both were integrated back into Chipotle successfully and in a supportive manner.
Unpaid Extended Leave is you being fired.
If you need time off, tell management and they just take you off the schedule. No questions asked!
