Great benefits and fair pay and PTO
Benefits are overall good. Decent PTO, option too work from home or in office. Gym membership reimbursement is very limited and doesn’t include many options (yoga, Pilates, spin, etc). Salary increases annually could be higher and based on merit instead of standard 2%
