No matching 401K plan. Good working atmosphere. Upper management was open to suggestions and listened to concerns. Pay period was 1-15 and 16- end of month as opposed to every two weeks. No paid dental. No paid optical. No minimum life insurance paid by employer. No relocation allowance. No cafeteria plan. Poor selection of health care providers. Three month waiting period for health insurance. No AD&D. Can only carry over 5 days of leave at end of year. Company vehicle provided on site for all employees for official business. Mgmt was out of state. Site visits provided by mgmt. Freedom given to team to operate. Three year contracted position. competitive salary. No enough employees were hired on the contract. Subcontractor were not conductive to the overall operation. Disparity of benefits among subcontractors.
The matching for the 401k is amazing; the benefits package is all-around unbeatable for the area.
