Substantial paid time off and great benefits
great 401k and great health insurance
excellent overall benefits including company paid vacation between christmas and new years
Health and 401k benefits are quite good. Number of vacation days is on the low end, but probably standard for the industry. Not many company perks at all. Bonus is very small.
The benefits are amazing and incomparable. By far the best part of the company is their benefits. PTO is outstanding.
great starter package, but missing key benefits
I was on a contract there, not full-time, so benefits were close to none. Occasional employee meals though, and around christmas the whole office were in a good mood. But you could argue that the best benefit is seeing all the exhibits and auctions in person.
Benefits are truly great, esp for entry level position
Benefits package is strong. Beyond health and dental insurance, discounted memberships are available to gyms such as Equinox, New York Sports Club and New York Health and Racquet Club. Employees can also enroll in a reduced-fare Metrocard service (which is paid for in part by Christie's). 401K plans are available through Fidelity. Flu shots are provided each year free of charge to employees. Though it is not official policy, offices are always closed during the week of Christmas and New Year's.
Very good amount of vacation days compared to other US companies, and not earned by month. Also, we usually get the week off between Christmas and New Years which does not count against PTO
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
