Employer Summary

Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey provides Chubb's national preferred provider organization (PPO) network and is offered in all Chubb U.S. locations. Health maintenance organizations (HMOs), are also available in some Chubb locations. Your eligible dependents (your spouse or qualifying domestic partner and children) may also be enrolled for medical coverage when you are enrolled.

    Overall heath care costs have increased overtime and benefits have decreased. Could be due to the industry or that companies like this really don't care about the workers and do the bare minimum to hire and maintain talent.

    We are very limited in network and with the doctors we can choose, they down graded the insurance plan from prior years post acquisition and it's terrible. Cost went up, you need to pay extra each month for a spouse to be added (if they can elect insurance through their employer and do not)
