To be clear, there is no true maternity leave. It's medical disability for delivering a child and it extends only as long as a doctor is willing to write you out. If you adopted a child or had a baby via surrogate, there is NO paid leave. It's a shame that a company that hits the mark in so many ways from diversity and inclusion to flexible work-life balance, really falls short when it comes to supporting new parents.
Materiality leave is great and very standard for the industry, but paternity leave is no longer offered and you need to take FLMA.
Paternity leave is unpaid.
Amble maternity and paternity leave program no negatives
Chubb offers both maternity and paternity leave and was one of the first
No paternity leave but solid maternity
It's the standard and above average.
Very minimal, 6 weeks. Expectation to repay benefits when you return.
