As a global organization, we strive to provide flexible and competitive compensation and benefits packages in each local market in which we operate. Our goal is to exceed average market practices for our performers and deliver a Total Rewards Program that is among the best in our industry.
Our rewards strategy strongly adheres to our "pay for performance" philosophy by measuring results and directly relating rewards to accomplishments. We utilize a formal performance appraisal process which identifies goals and achievements that drive results and links individual performance to company results.
The Chubb benefits package gives you the freedom to design your own plan to fit your current and future needs, as well as your budget. Whether you're just starting out, buying your first home, sending a child to college, or looking forward to a secure retirement, Chubb's benefits can be the financial base that helps you turn your dreams into reality.
Our comprehensive benefits package also includes flexible work arrangements and paid time off. Follow the links below for more information.
Benefits are awesome. The 401k is matched dollar for dollar up to 6%
The benefits package is not horrible. However, the medical insurance has poor options to chose from. PTO is determined based on your time served with the company. They say they are flexible but I have yet to see it mysyself such as work from home opportunities. Rid of pension program recently.
PTO was OK, health plans were not the best. Super high deductibles.
Great benefits. Many resources to grow your career with some of the best and brightest in the industry, great place to work
good 401k match, good medical plans
Benefits plus scholarships for college going kids
Chubb provides an Excellent benefits package
Killed the Pension. Seem fairly standard. Nothing really stands out as great
Great insurance offering, 401k match, and discount stock purchase plan.
Nothing, because I was an intern at Chubb. I did not receive any benefits package at that time, and I never asked my coworkers about it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
